DESCRIPTION & CONDITION
Up for bid are 3 gently used Grand Champions doll figures in imcomplete costume, but in overall very good to excellent condition.
Jenny's hat has tear and wear damage.
Grand Champions is a line of toys which are targeted to girls made up mostly of horses with long brushable mane's and tails.
Along with horses the line in the series also
includes several 6" cowgirls and other equestrian female doll figures with long rooted hair, as the Jenny doll listed here.
That said, in 1993 Marchon decided to add two male figures to the series called
"Grand Champions: Frontier Riders"
which suggests that Marchon may have been attempting to target boys.
They decided to go with a cowboy & Indian which I believe were only out for a short run and are considered
VERY RARE
additions that only sold at Toy's - R - Us stores in the United States.
If you appreciate rare toys, these are two to have.
