Features:
"Herring bone" plate pattern increases heat transfer area and improves efficiency.
Compact design allows for more flexibility in installation.
Heavy-gauge top and bottom plates protect the unit from corrosion and accidental damage.
Installation:
Vertical installaton is recommended to minimize sediment build-up and reduce maintenance.
For any type of project, installing a Y-strainer at the heat exchanger inlet is recommended to reduce fouling and extend the lifespan of the unit.
Connect the pipes in a manner where liquids move in a counter-flow direction -this will maximize the heat transfer.
