We are unable to accept used and opened products. If the item you received is defective, please notify us within 14 days. We will send you a brand new replacement and provide a return shipping label for the defective product.  Returns unopened, unused and items with manufacturing defects are accepted but MUST be mailed back in its ORIGINAL (FACTORY) PACKAGING WITH TAGS ATTACHED.  The merchandise returned must be in the original packaging and un-used. Buyer pays return shipping Unopened items. Postage on returns unopened buyer pays.. We will be responsible for the shipping on the replacement.
