Wee Forest Folk, M-185 "The Old Black Stove" (RETIRED) (grey dress, red pants) Created and initialed by Donna Petersen in 1992. Was purchased new and has never been displayed. Includes original box. Size: 2.5" x 2". No chips or repairs. EXCELLENT CONDITION!!
A WFF mouse begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of 3 sculptors in the Petersen family.
The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand. Wee Forest Folk began as a cottage industry in 1972 and it continues to this day.
